Substance Misuse Nurse – Hull

We currently have a vacancy for a Substance Misuse Nurse to work in Hull.  This is a full time position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this role is £18 - £25 per hour.

Duties Include -
- Carry out comprehensive & risk assessments.
- Facilitate pre Detox / harm reduction and relapse prevention groups.
- Carry out home and carers assessments for suitability of home alcohol Detox.
- Chlordepoxide prescribing.

Requirements -
All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a live pin. You must have previous experience within a Substance Misuse setting.
